Group Versus is born as a national leader in the online training for civil service exams in Spain
The group is the result of the integration of three academies, top leaders in their respective verticals: Academia Prefortia for civil guards, Jurispol for national police and Academia Forvide for prison officers.
The founders of each academy, including Juan Díaz, Francisco Rius and Pablo Jiménez, will remain linked to Grupo Versus, incorporating Corpfin Capital as a shareholder and strategic partner of the company.
July 25, 2024.- The academies Prefortia, Jurispol and Forvide have reached an agreement for their integration to create Versus, a new leading group in e-learning training for civil service examinations in Spain. The agreement also includes the incorporation of Corpfin Capital as strategic partner and shareholder of the group, with the aim to accelerate the academic and technological development of Versus Group.
The three academies of Versus Group will maintain their current identity, as well as their brand, team and teaching staff. They will also maintain the leadership of their founders and management team (Juan Díaz, Francisco Rius and Pablo Jiménez), who will continue to carry out their responsibilities with the utmost commitment to their students.
There will be more than 300 professionals, including administrative and teaching staff, who will operate from now on as a group, with student care as a fundamental cornerstone and providing daily, specialized and, above all, personalized assistance.
Versus’ main objective is to maintain and reinforce the leadership of each of its specialized academies through the constant evolution of their academic content and student service. In addition, each of them will face a growth plan that includes new capabilities and investments in teaching materials, staff, its technological platform and tutoring interactions of Versus Group.
The goal of the shareholders of Group Versus is to continue adding leading academies in other verticals, all of them operating as a group while still maintaining their hallmarks and values that have led them to be the best in their respective sectors of activity.
Thanks to a hybrid training, combining a platform with the most advanced technology, highly experienced teachers and the best teaching materials, the students of Versus Group will go a step further in the preparation of their civil service exams. In addition, the organization of face-to-face events such as tours, with mock exams throughout Spain, all of that results in the top cutting-edge training system in the market.
